Week 11 of college football is over, and we are looking forward. Let’s take a look at some offensive NCAA waiver adds for Week 12.
Weekly, I provide NCAA Waiver Adds for offensive players who are rostered under 50%, according to Fantrax. If you survived the first week of playoffs these players could help you win the championship!
The goal of these articles is to give insight into both College Fantasy Redraft and Campus to Canton (C2C) leagues. Let’s take a look at some players to check for your league’s waiver wire!
Disclaimer: All league sizes and formats are different, so some of these players may or may not be available in your league.
Running Back
Braelon Allen, Wisconsin – 30% rostered
Week 11 Stat Line: 173 rushing yds, 3 TDs
The resurgence of Wisconsin has coincided with the breakout of Freshman Braelon Allen. He has five straight games with double-digit fantasy points and with the injury to Chez Mellusi, Allen is a league winner in the playoffs. If your C2C league still has ads, then Allen should be added immediately before it is too late.
Jevyon Ducker, Northern Illinois – 12% rostered
Week 11 Stat Line: 155 rushing yds, 1 TD
I talked about Maction last week and this is another guy from the MAC. Ducker has four straight games up 18 or more fantasy points and is a plug and play for the rest of the season. One drawback for Ducker is that he has zero receptions on the season but does have over 100 yards rushing in each of the last four games.
Wide Receiver
Jaxon Smith-Njigba, Ohio State – 48% rostered
Week 10 Stat Line: 139 receiving yds, 1 TD
Jaxon Smith-Njigba is close to the 50% rostered mark and if he is still available he is a must-add for a playoff team. He had a huge game last week vs Nebraska with Garrett Wilson out but this week showed that the Ohio State offense can support three receivers. He has 46 and 28 fantasy points in the last two games.
Tez Johnson, Troy – 5% rostered
Week 11 Stat Line: 83 receiving yds, 1 TD
Tez Johnson has had an up and down start to the season, lacking consistency but has really come on the last 4 games. Johnson has over 18 fantasy points in all of the last four games and is a solid addition to plug-in if you have had injuries to your team. He is a freshman, so he also is a great addition to C2C as he will have a couple more years of good production.
