Week 3 of the NFL season has ended and there continue to be defensive players that deserve to be on your fantasy roster.
I have made a list of defensive players who are available in most leagues and can make a difference for your fantasy team. A few of the players I will mention are even in the top 5 at their position in fantasy points.
Defensive Tackle:
Devonte Wyatt – Green Bay Packers
The number one defensive tackle so far in fantasy football is none other than Devonte Wyatt for the Packers. He currently has 6 solo tackles and 10 total coming into Week 4. Also, he has 3 sacks with 2 in week 3. Despite not “starting” most games, he has had a great start to the season for the Packers. Green Bay is keeping their defensive line fresh and rotates them often. With that said, Wyatt has taken advantage of his opportunities which will only increase his snaps.
Bryan Bresee – New Orleans Saints
Bryan Bresee did not start the season off strong with his 61% snap share he received and recorded 0 points. Week 2 he saw just a bit more snap share with 69% but had success with a sack and 2 solo tackles. Week he had 2 solo tackles and 2 sacks. Bresee is slowly showing why he was a first-round pick in 2023.
