Malik Nabers – New York Giants

The New York Giants were either going to go for a quarterback or a wide receiver with the sixth overall pick, and they opted for the latter. Malik Nabers will likely have an instant and immediate impact as he will provide Daniel Jones with the required weaponry in an area of the offense Big Blue struggled.

Caleb Williams – Chicago Bears

Nobody will have been surprised that Caleb Williams was picked with the #1 overall pick by the Chicago Bears. He is a generational talent and has already been compared to the likes of Patrick Mahomes and Aaron Rodgers. He’ll be thrust into the limelight immediately, and given that he has managed to overcome huge expectations throughout his football life, it wouldn’t be a surprise to see him thrive straight away.

Marvin Harrison Jr – Arizona Cardinals

Arguably one of the best wide receivers to have ever been available, the son of legendary Indianapolis Colts’ WR is one player who is expected to have an immediate impact. He has all of the qualities required to be a star and is already a polished gem. Arizona also lack outside weapons, making Harrison Jr a player who will see a lot of the ball.

Jonathan Brooks – Carolina Panthers

The running back may have been taken in the second round (#41), but he’s likely to be called upon a lot for the Panthers in the upcoming season. Bryce Young will enter his second year, and will want help with the run game, something that Brooks will help with. He’s explosive but can also be patient, which could make him dangerous when coupled with Young’s ability to throw the ball and make plays.

Jayden Daniels – Washington Commanders

It’s not unusual for the Heisman Trophy winner to have an immediate impact in the NFL, and it wouldn’t be a surprise if Daniels were to follow in the footsteps of other winners. He’s likely to be the starting quarterback for the NFC East franchise, as Sam Howell started to fade during his second year in the job. The #2 pick is solid when running with the ball, but there may be doubts over his passing game in the first year, especially if he is continually pressured and the protection isn’t as strong as it needs to be.
