Week 13 IDP Sleepers
Note: All rankings for this Week 13 IDP Sleepers article are taken from the Week 12 rankings at FantasyPros. As always, let’s start things off by setting some expectations for this article. What this piece will not be doing is hyping up obvious IDP stars — projecting that Jared Verse or Zach Baun will have productive outings isn’t exactly breaking news. Instead, we’re focused on uncovering players with sneaky upside who can outperform their rankings.
Ok, enough logistics — let’s dive into our Week 13 IDP Sleepers!
Defensive Line Week 13 Sleepers

Khalil Mack – (DL31)
Week 13 Opponent: Hosting the Raiders
Let’s kick this article off with the one and only Khalil Mack! The savvy veteran is having a sneaky decent year, posting a sack in four of the seven games he’s appeared in thus far. Only playing 50% of defensive snaps and not having much of a tackle floor to speak of, Mack is a boom-or-bust candidate. So why is he here? Well, take a look at who the Chargers will be facing in Week 13, and you’ll understand why.
The Chargers play a Raiders team that is in complete disarray. The Chargers will get up big in this one and quickly, allowing their pass rush to get after the QB with full abandon. Even though Mack is reliant on splash plays to be relevant in IDP leagues, there is a great chance he accomplishes that this week. Start him in deeper leagues and reap those rewards.
YaYa Diaby – (DL33)
Week 13 Opponent: Hosting the Cardinals
YaYa Diaby is having a great 2025 campaign. Already up to five sacks on the year, Diaby is playing around 75% of defensive snaps. This is around the mark we look for to be IDP relevant. Diaby is coming into the week ranked as the DL33, but there is optimism here that this is the week he can break out. The Buccaneers will be facing a very susceptible Cardinals offensive line, which is promising for our sleeper here!
The Cardinals have given up the fifth-most sacks in the NFL this year. For a player who is reliant on splash plays, this is great news! You won’t want to start Diaby as anything more than your DL3, but there is a real chance we look back on this week’s box score, and we see Diaby nabbing multiple sacks.

Ernest Jones – (LB28)
Week 13 Opponent: Hosting the Vikings
Welcome to my sleeper article, Ernest Jones! Jones is having a decent enough year, playing 93% of defensive snaps while racking up 71 combined tackles and 3 interceptions thus far through 9 games played. This kind of production warrants his LB28 ranking heading into Week 13, but, as always with this article, I believe he has the chance to outproduce it this week! So, who do the Seahawks get this week? Why, it’s the Vikings!
The Vikings have been difficult to figure out as a team this year. They are in dead last in the NFC North, and seemingly haven’t figured out how to get their offense moving. With their season in the balance, I expect them to put all their cards on the table and put together enough drives for Jones to get his tackle floor. With J.J. McCarthy‘s propensity for turning the ball over, there’s a chance Jones grabs another INT this week as well. Start Jones as your LB3 with confidence.
Cody Barton – (LB41)
Week 13 Opponent: Hosting the Jaguars
Welcome back to the article, Cody Barton! Barton is playing 100% of the defensive snaps, but is only averaging around 5 combined tackles a game thus far in 2025. This sort of production is why he’s only being ranked as the LB41, despite the elite usage he’s getting. This is the week he outperforms this ranking, though! The Titans are facing a Jaguars team that has found a ton of success this year offensively.
What do extended drives give us from an IDP perspective? Why, that’s plenty of opportunities for tackles! Barton will never be the player who will grab you a splash play, at least not reliably. What he can be for you is a solid baseline of points from tackles. He can be trusted as your LB3 or flex play, depending on your league settings. Play accordingly!

Malaki Starks – (DB33)
Week 13 Opponent: Hosting the Bengals
Malaki Starks is having one heck of a rookie campaign. He’s played 97% of defensive snaps, which has yielded a relatively steady tackle floor. Not only that, but he’s also nabbed a couple of interceptions! Being ranked as the DB33 this week, I like his chances of finishing as a DB2 this week. The Ravens get the night Thanksgiving matchup against a Bengals team that loves to throw the ball.
The Bengals will also probably be throwing out Joe Burrow at QB this week, who, despite being a top-5 QB when healthy, will almost certainly be knocking off some rust. I like Starks’ chances of not only hitting his tackle floor, but putting up a nice splash play or two in this game. Enjoy some turkey, then enjoy watching Starks put up points for your team!
Jaquan Brisker – (DB39)
Week 13 Opponent: Away at the Eagles
Wrapping up this week’s sleeper article is Jaquan Brisker! Once a top dynasty asset in IDP leagues, we find him relegated to being ranked as the DB39 going into Week 13. Why is this? He’s playing 100% of defensive snaps, so that’s not it! Brisker’s tackles per game are the issue! He’s underperforming from a tackle floor perspective, and doesn’t offer reliable splash plays to fully trust every week….but this week we can!
The Bears face the Eagles in a Black Friday matchup that surprisingly has playoff implications. We know the Eagles will be hungry after blowing that 21-point lead last week, and we know they will be running a healthy dose of Saquon Barkley. This will lead to a really nice tackle day for Brisker, making him a much better play than his DB39 ranking indicates. Start him with Confidence as your DB3!
