Week 4 is here and some trends are starting to be realized and accepted. Let’s tackle some IDP dynasty buy/hold/sell players that can make or break your fourth game of the season. You need to either continue your current streak or start a new one this week. The choice is yours.
IDP Dynasty Buys
DB – Chamarri Conner – Kansas City Chiefs
Conner was a fourth-round pick in last year’s NFL draft out of Virginia Tech. He sat behind Trent McDuffie and L’Jarius Sneed and learned how to be great. Conner already has 22 tackles on the year even though he only played 58% of the defensive snaps in Week 1 and then 45% of the defensive snaps in Week 2. His performance in those two games earned him 82% of the snaps last week. He rewarded the Chiefs faith in him last week with 10 tackles (5 solo), 2 passes defended, and 1 interception. Whether he is listed at CB or safety, please get him on your squad. You will pat yourself on the back later.
Safety – Quentin Lake – Los Angeles Rams
Lake is a third-year player that the Rams selected in the sixth round of the 2022 NFL draft out of UCLA. He played 23 games in his first two years and managed four starts in those games. In his 14 games played last year, he produced 53 tackles. Fast forward to 2024 and Lake has started all three games while playing 100% of the snaps year to date. He has produced at least 10 tackles in each of the first three games. That is the type of consistency you need on your roster.
Safety – Damar Hamlin – Buffalo Bills
