“Are you tired and bored of playing the standard one quarterback leagues and want to join a SuperFlex Dynasty League. What are the draft strategies for a Super Flex Dynasty League? Are the roster strategies different? How do your lineup strategies differ from those in one quarterback leagues?”
The drafting strategy in a Super Flex Dynasty league is very different from a one QB league. Then, when you add the Dynasty to your league, the strategy changes again. QB is considered the most important position for any team in the NFL. However, in one QB leagues, it is far from the most important position. This is why Super Flex was created. It gets the QB position as the most important position in your league. Because of this, most teams will draft a QB in the first round of their startup draft. In a typical 12 team league, more than half of the teams will draft a QB in the first round. Once you move to a 14 or 16 team league, the percentage probably grows to 75% of teams will draft a QB in the first round. By the end of the fourth or fifth round, most teams will have their second QB drafted, also. In Dynasty, the QBs drafted early will have at least 3-4 years left of production and be no older than 29 years old.
When you are creating your personal cheat sheets for your draft, create a top overall 50-100 players. This will be in addition to the individual position rankings. Use this list to draft your first 4-5 rounds so you have a best player available draft strategy. Focus on QB in the first round unless you have a late pick where you can grab a QB in the early second round. Do not go your first two rounds without a QB being drafted. Be the trend setter, not the trend follower.
Dynasty Superflex Roster Strategy
When you are building your Super Flex Dynasty league roster, do not look at bye weeks for your top two QBs. Schedules change every year, and the bye weeks will be different every year. Do focus on the bye week for your third QB if the bye weeks are the same for your top two QBs. Depending on how large your rosters are, you might want to roster a couple of backup QBs also. Especially for your starters. How many QBs you have on your roster will depend on how big your rosters are. It will usually be 10-15% of your roster total. For example, if your rosters are 20-25 players, you would roster 2-3 QBs. If your rosters are 40-50 players with IDP, you would probably roster 4-5 QBs.

Dynasty Superflex Lineup Strategy
The hardest thing to remember with Super Flex Dynasty leagues is that starting a second QB is an option, not a requirement. Some owners will always start a second QB regardless of the possible outcomes of their games. Owners would rather start Anthony Richardson, who scored single digit points in seven of his 11 games played over a RB, WR, or TE that scored double digit points in 70-80 percent of their games played. Super Flex league does not mean 2-QB league. You need to look at projected scores and set your most productive lineup accordingly. The goal is to score more points than your opponent. It is not to make sure you start two QBs.
In conclusion, make sure you draft at least one QB in the first or early second round. Build your roster with a second QB by the end of the fifth round. Depending on league size, draft a couple of backup QBs also. Do not look at bye weeks for your top two QBs, but do look at bye weeks for your third and fourth QBs. When setting a lineup, you do not have to start two QBs. Start a lineup that projects to give you the most points. More times than not, that will be the two QB lineup.
