Every week we will break down the notable players that are on the injury report for the current week and who could replace them.
Below we will go over the injury report for Week 15. Let’s see who makes the list this week!
Bears @ Packers
The Bears, this week, will be, again, without linebacker Danny Trevathan who’s suffering from an elbow injury. As has been the case Nick Kwiatkowski will continue filling in for him. For the Packers, IDP stud linebacker Blake Martinez has been dealing with a hand injury for weeks, but he got in full practices this week and will be good to go for Sunday’s matchup!
Patriots @ Bengals
Defensive back Jason McCourty (groin) is questionable this week. Should he not play on Sunday J.C. Jackson would take his place. For the Bengals defensive end, Sam Hubbard, returned to practice in full this week and will start on Sunday.
Seahawks @ Panthers
In Seattle defensive end/edge rusher Jadeveon Clowney (core) has not practiced all week and is trending in the wrong direction for Sunday. Should he, in fact, not suit up L.J. Collier would continue taking his place. Linebacker Mychal Kendricks (hamstring) is also questionable to play on Sunday. Interestingly, Shaquem Griffin is listed as his backup. For the Panthers, edge rushers Mario Addison (chest) did not practice on Wednesday and Thursday but got in a limited practice on Friday. If he can’t go Brian Burns would fill in for him.
Texans @ Titans
For Houston, all IDP stars are active and ready for Sunday. In Tennessee, cornerback Adoree’ Jackson (foot) is out this week and will have LeShaun Sims will fill in. Linebacker Jayon Brown was limited this week with a hip injury but was “officially” listed as being active for this game. Despite this designation stay tuned to further developments the closer we get to kickoff. If he couldn’t go at the last minute David Long would be the next in line as backup Daren Bates has been declared out this week.
Dolphins @ Giants
All IDP stars for this game are good to go this week!
Eagles @ Redskins
For Philly, defensive end Derek Barnett (ankle) did not practice at all this week. Vinny Curry would suit up in his place if he can’t go. For the “burgundy and gold” linebacker Ryan Kerrigan is out this week with a calf injury. Starting in his place would be Nate Orchard.
Broncos @ Chiefs
For the Broncos, all IDP stars are set to suit up in week 15. In Kansas City, defensive end Frank Clark is questionable with a shoulder injury. If he can’t suit up Tanoh Kpassagnon would continue filling in for him.
Buccaneers @ Lions
For the Bucs, linebacker Devin White didn’t practice on Friday due to illness. If he can’t go, Kevin Minter, would lineup in his place. In Detriot linebacker Jarrad Davis (ankle/knee) was declared out this week. In his place will be Jahlani Tavai.
Browns @ Cardinals
In Cleveland, linebacker Olivier Vernon (knee) was declared out this week. Bryan Cox will take his place. For the Cardinals, all IDP stars are good to go this week.
Jaguars @ Raiders
All Jag IDP stars will play on Sunday. For the “silver and black” safety Erik Harris is questionable with a hamstring injury. If he can’t go Dallin Leavitt would start in his place.
Vikings @ Chargers
All IDP stars for the Vikings and Chargers are good to go for Sunday.
Rams @ Cowboys
All IDP stars for the Rams are good to go. For “America’s team”, linebacker Leighton Vander Esch is still out with a neck injury. Joe Thomas would fill in the void at linebacker for Vander Esch. Linebacker Sean Lee is, also, on the injury report with a pectoral/thigh injury. If he can’t play Luke Gifford would start in his place.
Falcons @ 49ers
All IDP stars for the ‘dirty birds” are set to play on Sunday. For the 49ers, safety Jaquiski Tartt (ribs) is out this week making Marcel Harris the next man up. Defensive end Dee Ford is out another week giving more playing time to Nick Bosa.
Bills @ Steelers
All IDP stars for both teams are good to go for Sunday Night Football.
Colts @ Saints
All Colts IDP stars appear good to go for Monday Night Football. For the Saints defensive back Von Bell (knee), linebacker Kiko Alonso (quad), and defensive end Cameron Jordan (abdomen) are not looking great in terms of playing chances this week. Potentially replacing them, respectively, would be C.J. Garnder-Johnson, Stephone Anthony, and Trey Hendrickson.
