This is your DFS Minute for week one in the NFL. Here are my lineups for Draftkings and Fanduel for the Sunday slate of games.

Anyone who plays Daily Fantasy Sports wants their share of the pie. May you find this week’s lineups to be helpful in putting some cash in your pockets from the DFS Minute Week 1!

Quarterbacks

Jalen Hurts, Draftkings/Fanduel- $6,400/$7,600

Matt Ryan, Draftkings/Fanduel- $6,000/$7,300

Coincidently, these two quarterbacks face off against each other this week. And since that is the case, we should expect an offensive showdown.

Matt Ryan comes a little cheaper than Hurts and I like Ryan’s targets more than I do for Hurts. Don’t be surprised if Ryan throws three to four touchdowns and 300 plus yards. Although Ryan may be without Julio Jones anymore, the addition of Pitts will have the ball still sailing through the air in Atlanta.

Running Backs

Dalvin Cook, Draftkings/Fanduel $9,100/$9,400

James Robinson, Draftkings/Fanduel $6,400/$5,900

Dalvin Cook may cost a pretty penny each week, but he’s as consistent as you are going to get. That is because we can expect the Vikings to try to control the clock with Cook this week.

James Robinson comes at an incredible value this week. Robinson now leads the Jaguar’s rushing attack and their opponent, the Houston Texans, had one of the worst run defenses in the league last year. Because of this, Urban Meyer will lean on Robinson to take pressure off Trevor Lawrence in his first NFL start.

Wide Receivers

Calvin Ridley, Draftkings/Fanduel $7,900/$8,000

Tee Higgins, Draftkings/Fanduel $4,700/$6,000

Courtland Sutton, Draftkings/Fanduel $5,200/$5,800

Michael Pittman Jr, Draftkings/Fanduel $4,100/$5,300

Much like Cook, Calvin Ridley will cost you beaucoup bucks at the wide receiver slot. However, his matchup is too good to pass. Plus, you can stack him with Matt Ryan. Calvin Ridley is the number one option now in Atlanta and he will show it right away.

The Bengals start their season against the Vikings. The Vikings have added some run stuffers to their defensive line and the Bengals will have to beat them through the air. So then expect several targets to go Tee Higgins way.

I know the big scare is the quarterback situation in Denver. Because of this, you may deter from using one of their wide receivers. Teddy Bridgewater is going to use Courtland Sutton as his security blanket and find him open often. So don’t be afraid of Denver’s passing game.

In this case, I am using Michael Pittman Jr.as my flex in my Draftkings lineup. Carson Wentz is likely to play. And with T.Y. Hilton out, Pittman will be their primary target building off a solid finish to last season.

Tight End & Defense

Eric Ebron, Draftkings/Fanduel $3,900/$5,000

Jaguars D/St, Draftkings/Fanduel $2,700/$3,900

Eric Ebron is back with the Steelers this season. And like last season, I expect Ben Roethlisberger to rely on Ebron in the red zone.

The Jaguar’s defense faces the lowly Houston Texans this week without Deshaun Watson. That means Tyrod Taylor is starting. So it remains to be seen if the Texans can manage any sort of offense and this is the perfect week to attempt to steal some value in your lineup at defense.

Honorable Mentions

Raheem Mostert, Draftkings/Fanduel $5,800/$6,100

Deebo Samuel, Draftkings/Fanduel $5,900/$6,300

Brandon Aiyuk, Draftkings/Fanduel $5,700/$6,500

DK Metcalf, Draftkings/Fanduel $7,500/$7,700

I would not fault you for adding any of the above-mentioned players to your lineup this week. They all hold incredible value. You will see in my Fanduel lineup below I replaced Pittman Jr with DK Metcalf because Fanduel has a larger budget than Draftkings.
