The Best Week 15 DFS Fantasy Football NFL All-Star Stud Lineup

Welcome to the Best Week 15 DFS Fantasy Football Lineup with These NFL All-Star Players!

Week 15 is upon us. We’ve made it to the post-bye world. But, of course, the NFL can’t allow itself to let us have a full schedule. For some reason, we have to be subjected to watching theĀ  Falcons and Raiders in the Monday Night doubleheader nobody asked for. Holiday joy for all! <end sarcasm mode> At least a 12 (13 on FanDuel) game main slate will feel like a plethora after a six-team bye week. Plus, we saw eight teams crack the 30-point mark last week, so hopefully we’ve got a late-season scoring surge going on leading into the playoffs.

Quarterback

I would be remiss if I didn’t at least mention Josh Allen ($9500, 15.8% of available salary on FanDuel; $8500, 17% on DraftKings) coming off the literal best fantasy day for a Quarterback in the history of ever. He put up enough points for three QBs last week but it feels like a bit of a trap against a rested Detroit defense that’s getting healthier.

This week, I will lean into Justin Herbert ($7500, 12.5% on FD; $5900, 11.8% on DK). He’s hit 30 passing attempts in three of the last four games. The Chargers have been completely unable to run the ball since J.K. Dobbins went on IR, and frankly, they weren’t running that well before that either. Matching up with a terrible Tampa Bay secondary missing Antoine Winfield at home only adds to Herbert’s appeal. If Ladd McConkey ($7100, 11.8% on FD; $6300, 12.6% on DK) misses this game, I’ll have to rethink, but I’m starting my lineups with Herbert right now.

Running Back

The Running Back chalk(s) this week will be the dueling backs in the Dallas/Carolina game. Rico Dowdle ($7100, 11.8% on FD; $6100, 12.2% on DK) and Chuba Hubbard ($7500, 12.5% on FD; $6500, 13% on DK) are both fine plays but will be overrepresented in the market.

I’ll pivot to (or add on) Chase Brown ($8100, 13.5% on FD; $7200, 14.4% on DK). He’s topped 20 touches in four of Cincinnati’s last five games. The Titans’ defense has been outed as a statistical fraud. They’re nowhere near as good as their numbers suggest. The Bengals have scant hope of making the playoffs, but that’s infinitely more than the Titans, so expect them to pour it on this week.

Wide ReceiverĀ

Wide Receiver this week is a bunch of guys I “like but don’t love” for whatever reason (pricing, injury, matchup), so I’m going to go with the one guy I do love. Garrett Wilson ($7400, 12.3% on FD; $6500, 13% on DK) has seen 10 targets in each of the last two weeks and 28 total over the last three. We saw Aaron Rodgers get his first 300-yard passing game since the Carter administration last week, so the Jets clearly have not packed in the season, …yet.

If you need to pay down at receiver this week, you can look at Josh Palmer ($5500, 9.2% on FD; $4600, 9.2% on DK). With Ladd McConkey inactive and Will Dissley going out early with injury last week, Palmer was Justin Herbert’s preferred first-look option. He turned nine targets into a 6-for-78 line and more than paid off his salary.

Tight End

Speaking of the Will Dissley injury, Awesome Name of the Year nominee Stone Smartt ($4500, 7.5% on FD; $2600, 5.2% on DK) will be this week’s giga-chalk option, especially on DraftKings. He caught three passes for 54 yards after Dissley went out and gets a full-game role this week in a smash matchup, without a significant salary markup.

If you don’t want to trust your DFS roster to a career third-string Tight End, Jake Ferguson ($5400, 9% on FD; $3800, 7.6% on DK) is an enticing option. Carolina hands out Tight End touchdowns like Halloween candy to trick-or-treaters. Ferguson saw six targets in his first game back from concussion. If he was working his way back into the offense, he should have a more expanded role this week.

Defense

If Jameis Winston is on the main slate for DFS, the defense opposing him is in my lineup. That the Kansas City Chiefs ($4600, 7.7% on FD; $3700, 7.4% on DK) are an individually good defense is gravy on the mashed potatoes.
