It can be hard to find sleepers each week. Let’s take a look at some players who could produce in the offensive sleepers Week 6 edition!
If there is a last-minute injury, you may need to scramble to find a player to substitute. That is when this weekly article on offensive sleepers comes in handy. I use Sleeper’s rostered percentage before the Thursday night game to look for offensive sleepers and use anyone under 35% owned. Check out the offensive sleepers Week 6 edition!
In Week 5, 3 of 4 sleepers outproduced their projected ranking and Kadarius Toney was a huge win finishing in the top 5, 54 spots ahead of projection.
Dan Arnold, TE, Jacksonville Jaguars – 18.4% Rostered
Dan Arnold was traded to the Jaguars and even though he had a costly fumble early in the game against the Titans, he has been very involved. Arnold caught 6 of 8 targets for 64 yards and was on the field for 73% of snaps. With DJ Chark‘s injury, the Jaguars are in need of receiving options and Arnold looks to be in the plans to help rookie QB, Trevor Lawrence.
Parris Campbell, WR, Indianapolis Colts – 16.0% Rostered
Parris Campbell has been targeted lightly in the first three games of the season. However, against the Ravens last week had a solid performance. In the first three games, he had 10 targets and 5 catches for 55 yards. Then last week had 4 catches on 6 targets for 56 yards. Campbell is an explosive player and with Carson Wentz getting healthy he could have a good day against the Texans this week.
Davis Mills, QB, Houston Texans – 7.8% Rostered
Davis Mills so far has had an up and down start to his career. Except in a loss to the Patriots, he showed great signs of improvement throwing for 312 yards and 3 TDs. This week the Texans will face the Colts. We saw that their secondary is banged up and susceptible for big passing plays. Mills should only be used in SuperFlex leagues but could provide a solid sleeper with the byes this week.
Rashard Higgins, WR, Cleveland Browns – 6.1% Rostered
Rashard Higgins has always been a comfortable target for Baker Mayfield. And Jarvis Landry is out with an injury that has continued to linger. Odell Beckham Jr. still has not found the right chemistry with Mayfield so I think Higgins will continue to be targeted heavily. In the last two games, he has had 12 targets and has scored over 10 points in both games in PPR scoring.
Conclusion
Those are my top offensive sleeper candidates going into the sixth week of the NFL season who are not highly rostered. With Covid protocols, you never know when someone is not going to be inactive on game day. These offensive sleepers could help you fill in your starting lineups for week six.
