Austin Ekeler Over 48.5 Rush + Receiving Yards @ -112 (Commanders)

We’ll start game by game in our NFL Conference Championship player props. We bet this guy last week and it paid off so we’re betting on him again. Austin Ekeler’s rush and receiving yard total is set at 48.5. I love him to hit over this. The Eagles just allowed Kyren Williams to run for 106 yards. While Brian Robinson gets the grind-it-out type of yardage, Ekeler has a big part in the offense too.

This feels especially true in the playoffs, where he’s been looked to and trusted to carry the ball and catch the ball out of the backfield. This is even more true if you feel like the Commanders are going to be trailing at any point. Ekeler sees the field more as they enter passing-down situations.

Last week against the Lions, Ekeler ran for 47 yards. He also caught the ball four times for 41 yards. That’s typical of the do-it-all back who used to be the top dog for the Chargers. He may play a backup role to Brian Robinson now. However, he’s still very much involved in the offense and their plan of attack.

Ekeler has gone over 48.5 total yards in eleven of fourteen games. That’s a great rate, and it feels like the books are just too low on him. He didn’t play when the Commanders played the Eagles on 12/22. However, on 11/14 when they played each other, he finished the day with 96 total yards. Only seven of those were on the ground. This is my favorite prop bet of the weekend.

Jalen Hurts Under 183.5 Passing Yards @ -110 (Eagles)

We’re staying in the same game for our NFL Conference Championship player props but jumping on the other side of the field for this pick. Jalen Hurts passing yardage feels comically low for an NFC Championship game. However, for whatever reason I still love taking the under.

I am hearing Hurts is dealing with some knee soreness, so he may need to pass more than rush the ball. Or, perhaps he’ll just need to hand it off to Saquon more often like he has been recently. Either way, the Commanders have a top-four unit on defense in passing yards allowed to quarterbacks this year.

Nobody is going to argue that Hurts has been lighting the world on fire either. In fact, he’s stayed under this number in five of the last seven games. Yes, I know one of those games in which he went over 182.5 passing yards was against the Commanders. However, something seems off with Philly’s offense. A.J. Brown is reading books on the sideline. Dallas Goedert is banged up. Watch out Eagles and Eagles fans…this Commanders team is the real deal.

James Cook Over 56.5 Rushing Yards @ -112 (Bills)

We’ll move on to the next game for our last two NFL Conference Championship player props and start with the Bills. I’m targeting James Cook to have over 56.5 rushing yards. I know what you’re thinking. The Chiefs defense is one of the top units against the run. However, they did just let Joe Mixon run for 88 yards.

James Cook has been on an absolute tear in the playoffs. He put up 120 rushing yards against a good Broncos’ defense in the opening round during Wild Card Weekend. He followed up that performance by putting up 67 rushing yards against another talented defense against the Ravens in the divisional round.

Despite Josh Allen putting this team on his back, the Bills have realized one of their keys to success is giving the ball to James Cook. He’s gone over 56.5 rushing yards in five of the last eight games. His season average is 66.4 rushing yards per game.

Am I worried that he only ran for 20 yards against the Chiefs earlier this year? Not at all. They will work on keeping Mahomes off the field and they’ll do that by running the ball.

Travis Kelce Over 6.5 Receptions @ -119 (Chiefs)

If you look at this Chiefs offense, there aren’t a lot of players that stand out outside of their quarterback. Yes, DeAndre Hopkins is a good receiver, however, his age is showing, especially this late in the season. Yes, Xavier Worthy is a speedy gadget-type guy who has some big plays but his consistency isn’t always there.

The run game has been up and down, especially after Isiah Pacheco returned to the lineup from injury. Kareem Hunt has actually been more efficient, but they are still splitting carries. Therefore, finding a player we like in our NFL Conference Championship props was a bit tricky. We could choose to fade guys or we could take Patrick Mahomes passing yards over.

However, my mind went to a different place. I thought back to last week when Mahomes’ favorite weapon stepped up his game from how he looked in the regular season. He was targeted eight times and caught seven of those. That player is obviously Travis Kelce and “Playoff Trav” is showing up in a big way.

Kelce has exceeded this number in the last two games as he ramps up for his end-of-season run just like last year. In last year’s playoffs, he averaged just over seven catches a game and I think he continues on that pace this year after having seven in the first playoff game last week. Travis Kelce over 6.5 receptions feels like a lock as well. If Isaiah Likely can get 4 receptions on the Bills, Kelce can get eight.

Big Parlay By The Numbers: +987

Austin Ekeler Over 48.5 Rush+Receiving Yards (-112)
Jalen Hurts Under 183.5 Passing Yards (-110)

It’s as great as an All-Combination or 2-pick Round-Robin as it gets!

Bonus ATD Parlay Bet!

As for a bonus, let’s take an anytime touchdown parlay bet for the first time. All four of these quarterbacks have put their teams on their backs this year. Let’s look for them to do that again by running in for touchdowns. Josh Allen, Jalen Hurts, Jayden Daniels, and Patrick Mahomes all to score a touchdown. Parlay it together on DraftKings for a BEAUTIFUL +5156 parlay!
